Ø
DSM Placement Cell is a facility provided to assist students to
find a suitable job in service sector. It is a privilege
extended to students and not a matter of right. Placement Cell
does not assure job to all registered personnel.
Ø
To be eligible for placement assistance, students should have
successfully completed a PG/UG. The student has to submit a copy
of their resume at the time of registration for availing
placement assistance.
Ø
The registration at DSM Placement Cell shall be for a specified
period as per the policies of service provider.
Ø
DSM Placement Cell reserves its right to reject / modify any
insertion or information/data provided by the user without
assigning any reason.
Ø
DSM placement Cell would not be held liable for any loss of data
technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the
individual due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption
of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes
or conditions that are beyond DSM Placement Cell's reasonable
control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil
unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized
persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

DSM Placement Cell only facilitates the posting of vacancies on
DSM website, the vacancies are directly posted by employers on
website. Thereafter DSM sponsors the candidates to employer.
Selection & rejection of candidate is totally at the discretion
of employers and DSM has no role in selection of candidate. The
employers contact the candidates directly, if shortlisted.

Getting a job does not guarantee immediate discharge from DSM
Ø
Before Job Applying individual should have all the necessary
permissions of Obtaining NOC.
Ø
DSM Placement Cell reserves the right to reject any application
for the posted jobs without assigning any reasons.
Ø
DSM Placement Cell offers neither guarantee nor warranties that
there would be a satisfactory response or any response once the
job vacancy is put on display.
Ø
The vacancies displayed on the site is at the sole discretion of
the company and DSM Placement Cell will not be responsible for
any change thereafter with respect to salary, location or other
details published by the company.
Ø
The candidate should satisfy themselves with the terms and
conditions of the job during interview.
Ø
Complaints of any sort against the employer will not be
entertained by DSM Placement Cell. Any grievances in this
regards may be taken up directly with employer.
Ø
Personnel employed through DSM Placement Cell have to give a
feedback immediately on selection.
