Department of Electronics was established in 1985. This was first department in Parbhani district. It offers courses such as B.Sc. (optional), in Electronics. Many students of this department are serving in various organizations in India. Currently research in Face recognition, pattern classification, educational technologies and image processing is offered by department

Must have passed 10+2 or Equivalent Examination in Science
Laboratory Facilities :
Department has a best infrastructure with a lab of size 80 sqm having broadband internet connection. The department also has a Wi-Fi facility. Department has following equipment:

- Cathode Ray Oscilloscope
- Signal Generator
- RF generator
- Digital Storage Oscilloscope
- 3 Computers and 1 Printer
